I spent 15.90 on Express mailing my score cancellation form and it failed to deliver?! Probably has something to do with the recipient address being a P.O. Box (I know one can’t FEDEX or UPS their requests for that reason) but if that was going to be a problem they did not inform me of that while I was pulling out my credit card to pay 15.90 to mail a single piece of paper. Also, they could only guarantee me two-day delivery anyway instead of the overnight delivery that Express mailing is usually intended to guarantee.
Headed out to the school copy center to fax it for .25 cents a page. For that price I could fax it ten times to make extra sure it gets there (the initial rationale for mailing was that there are a few isolated but definite incidents where faxed score cancellation requests do not get processed.
