It’s fairly modest, in truth, and should all be quite attainable by January 24th when I fly back out to the Boston.
- Study for the LSAT and hit a comfortable margin above 172, and preferably 175 at least by the week I leave. I’m ridiculously consistent across tests from prior to the double-passage era at least, so I’m hoping I don’t have to worry too much about “give-back” on the test day, but much better safe than sorry. That test really is best done by February.
- Job search progress of various kinds. Quite a few little and medium-large things to do regarding this.
- Progress on getting a license. I now have my California state learner’s permit - finally - and will want to be competent behind the wheel by the end of the break. Theoretically I could get my license since I’m in the 18+ group and there’s no minimum wait time, but I don’t know how much my profound spatial reasoning weaknesses will be a handicap.
- Hang out with the California people I love and adore a lot more. I’ll most likely be making my usual Berkeley visit at the end of January.
